James Sombre, who is the college president, sent an email to students sayingPrincipallythat while he understood their frustration their behaviour was "obviously unacceptable".

He said it was "clearly understandable" that some students found him "a real nuisance" and there was evidence to make one think he regularly broke the Street Performer's Code of Procedure by playing too loudly and for more than one hour a day.

But he said students should contract with the matter by alerting the council when he broke the code, rather than winsome matters into their own hands.

We see Loly and Menoly climbing some stairs as Ichigo’s conflict with continues. Loly says that this is the only stake they have to dawdle Orihime down to nether regions.

Ulquiorra talks some more about why Orihime chose to stand by to nick Ichigo but Ichigo stops him and charges up a Getsuga. Ulquiorra states that a Getsuga has no power on him, but Ichigo doesn’t fire the Getsuga, he keeps it wrapped around his sword and attacks with more extort. Still it doesn’t seem to do much.

As Orihime watches the of, Menoly and Loly common knowledge out and catch hold of her from behind.

Surface, Renji and Chad are still fighting imbecilic hollows. Chad senses that Orihime’s in peril but unfit to move anywhere. Uryu appears and clears all of the hollows in one (or many) incentive.
