My son’s preschool is having a no trash day on Thursday, Mother earth Day . For lunch, we are not allowed to send anything that can be thrown in the trash. All items, containers, etc. must be proficient to be reused. Basically, everything you see in the epitome above (except for the realistic lunch box) is succeeding to be a no-no on Thursday.
It’s a remote outlook and has absolutely has me reflective. What do I typically put in his lunch that gets tossed at the end of the day? I be sure I use a lot of supple bags for sandwiches and snacks. From time to time, I send a pre-packaged PB&J. The wrapping wouldn’t be allowed on Blue planet Day.
I’m proficient about not sending power boxes — we use a thermos for extract or out.
What about a napkin? Yup, we put one in every day. Thursday it will have to be a the priesthood napkin.
Utensils? Admittedly, we use pinchbeck sometimes. I’ve been known to reuse ductile, even management them through the dishwasher, but in due course they end up in the trash.
