&Mdash; A federal appeals court upheld the decision of an aviation management that two pilots Martinsburg crop duster violated federal regulations by flying too low for a blocked position.
In 2006, an inspector from the Federal Aviation Distribution warned George Clan and his son Timothy that neighbors had complained of being connected while flying at low altitude areas, which is forbidden.
The inspector said that men as little as two or three houses could be connected to a square.
People were cited later this year for flights at low altitude in an area that contained about 30 houses.They have appealed the decision, saying the session "stuffed district" was unconstitutionally indefinite.
A panel of three arbitrators of the 4th Court of Appeals United circumference ruled Thursday that the delimitation is down enough.
