Loads of adventure travellers have tried the adrenaline-pumping sport called zorbing - which involves being strapped into a exonerate, giant ball and sent rolling down a grassy slope.
It is hugely favourite in New Zealand with Gap Year students as often choosing to try the bizarre activity as they do bungee jumping and paragliding.
And now, if the concept of rolling around in a giant ball wasn't strange enough, one company has entranced it a step further, placing the sphere on a snow chute for an even speedier oppress.
Manchester’s five-year-old indoor ski slope Chill Factore, has launched the observation - called Avalanche - sending thrill-seekers down an icy slope, reaching speeds of 27mph.
Obviously, on snow there is less friction, meaning the sphere rotates faster and you occurrence greater G-force, an exhilarating feeling akin to weightlessness or flying.
