Do Hardwood floor cleaners and re-finishers really work?

Question: I have hardwood floors that are severely scratched. (We are the second kinfolk in the house with the children) We do not want to have the floors professionally restored until the children are a bit more. I saw an ad on TV for finishing Polich Orange Glo.

Answer: You'll be waiting for the professionals. We have teak and about every 2 years the guy down and edit if necessary. It's really a waste of time and struggle to try to make the floors with OTC ... at least in our perception.
