Anyone own a Professional Floor Steam Cleaner by SHARPERTEK® or the Bissell steam mop.?

Question: How long have you had it? Did you like? Advantages and disadvantages?

Answer: I have a Bissell Steam Mop. I do not really like it. It's a little heavy and your wrist hurts after a while. Your floors are wet enough when you stop and it takes time to dry. My windows always dried streaky.
