Uncharacteristic the Humminbird RF35, the Norcross Hawkeye can really identify the fish!

I’ve acclimated to both, the Humminbird works amusing as a brightness finder, but has dilemma detecting fish. The Hawkeye, on the other give, sees them.

Crate in issue, on a late stagger to Crane Prairie Reservoir (Oregon) we were looking for bass. According to the Hawkeye there weren’t any fish when we checked their wonted holding spots. When we eventually moved over to the canal the Hawkeye started detecting fish (and we caught a few). Clearly the tension made the fish move to the deeper parts of the lake. Same reaction happened on Paulina and Big Lava lakes. Without the Hawkeye we presumably wouldn’t have caught a possession!

Also, the Hawkeye uses veldt old AAA batteries, distinct from the Humminbird which uses an precious lithium-ion 2450CR guard battery. (The AAAs seem to last longer, too.)

I would of specified it a five hero rating except for one conundrum. An email report to Norcross solved...
