Anchor Commercial Corfac Intercontinental completed the sale of a 10,080-square-foot flex construction on 4.68 acres at 7168 Cross County Road in North Charleston. The acreage was sold by Delaware-based Sammons Realty Corp. to J&A Land Occurrence II LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, for $950,000. Robert H. Nuttall Jr., SIOR/CPM with Mooring Commercial Corfac International, represented the seller and procured the purchaser.

Charlie Moore, SIOR, and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial LLC represented the Rosen, Rosen & Hagood law enterprise in the long-term lease of 12,000 square feet of Importance “A” office space in Liberty Center, 151 Union St. in Charleston. The landlord, Liberty Office LLC, was represented by Terry Ansley and Phil Chambers of Lat Purser.

Richard Morse, CCIM of Palmetto Commercial Properties Inc., represented PCP Leasing LLC in the rent out renewal for Charleston Crafts Inc. at 161 Church St., a 1,050-satisfying-foot retail space in downtown Charleston. Jeremy Willits of Grubb & Ellis/WRS represented the occupier.
