A prove of credit card fraud was reported on Jan. 30 at 6:44 p.m. on Trust Avenue. A resident told police that she had been notified by the Capital One solvency card company that several charges had been made on her card that seemed fraudulent. The victim, 26, said the window-card had been missing for two weeks, but she thought she had simply misplaced it. The first questionable care to her card was made on Dec. 26 at JCPenney, followed by other charges that same day at Game Prohibition and Walmart. In all, a total of about $500 in charges had been rung up. The victim believed that the union card had possibly been taken from her pocketbook by a friend, and investigation continues.

• Vernon Koslow, 29, of Sussex was arrested and charged with remaining warrants and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 28 at 1:01 a.m. in the 40 prevent a rough out of Belmont Avenue.
