Does anyone know the name and website of the craft stencil cutter I saw on TV a few weeks ago?

Question: I saw this profession / scrapbooking stencil cut on an infomercial. It connected to the computer and looked like a printer. You entered on the computer nonsense and cut the shapes. That was really impressive and a website. I am wondering if anyone knows his name and location?
