MARCO Holm — Aqua Construction and Development owner Rod Bushnell announced the steady has broken ground for a two-story, 3,469-square-foot under air tariff model home on Marco Island. The great room best plan was designed by Bill Weber, president of Weber Design Team Inc.
This home has four bedrooms, a study, loft, informal dining section, an island-style kitchen with breakfast bar. The covered lanai features an outside kitchen and dining area, a living area with fireplace, an elongated pot with a sun shelf and rectangular spa with a spill-over and the scalloped privacy wall serves as a back-rusticate. There is also a three-car garage.
Located at 279 Sunflower Court, the residence features a bay prospect and is priced at $1.399 million. Completion is anticipated in June 2012.
"This especially floor plan is all about maximizing the beautiful water view corridors that the spot provides," said Bushnell. "The emphasis on the views is established unhesitatingly in the home's open foyer. There are 20 feet of sliding magnifying glass doors in the great room that tie back to an additional 8 feet of pocketing sliders, creating a disappearing corner. In essence every room in the home, including the great room, kitchen, dining quarter, study, master suite, upstairs loft and one of the upstairs bedrooms, plays to the views.
